The motifs of the milestone series show a wide horizon with small islands of colour-coordinated, slightly tumbled, small gemstones that have not yet fully been polished.

These small islands from the foreground to the horizon represent the milestones or stepping stones in our lives. Over time, we come across some of these islands that sometimes appear as obstacles, sometimes offer rest or lead us to the next goal with renewed energy. It's the journey that matters.

Each motif is associated with a color and the matching gemstones, they support the energy of the work of art and later also the effect in the room.
